To participate in the NYS Thruway Coalition of Community Schools as a Coalition Partner School District, please review materials on this website to assess fit with your district. We hope you will join us. Please review the information below and submit your form!

Our Community Schools Are (Select All That Apply):

By joining as a Partner School District, we agree to the following norms

o To prioritize work that leads to equity, safety, and health

o To centralize teaching and learning in Community Schools work

o To actively participate in coalition meetings and activities as indicated below

o To communicate openly and freely with everyone in the coalitions

o To respond to requests for information in a timely manner

o To be inclusive and participate in shared dialogue

o To push boundaries and demand more from systems to meet peoples’ needs
