Sodus Central School District joined the Afterschool Alliance and thousands of afterschool programs for the nation’s showcase of afterschool programs: Lights On Afterschool! The Sodus afterschool programs provide the fun and safe environment youth need to explore new things, build meaningful connections, and reach their full potential. On October 26, we helped shine the light on the important role of afterschool programs in our community. We celebrated with a roller skating party from 4-6 pm in our Intermediate school gymnasium. Over 100 students, staff, community partners, and families joined us for roller skating, music, board games, and refreshments. We look forward to our next family event on December 28, 2023.
